There’s nothing more embarrassing than showing up to a family event only to have your own parents not recognize you.
Thankfully Fring has recently stepped up their game to offer free video calling on Android, iPhone, and Nokia phones. Now you can use their free app to make video conference calls for up to four people wherever you go.
Whether you’re connected over 3G, 4G, or WiFi, you’re instantly (and literally) face to face with your best friends or family. We’ve been using it to share epic ocean views and for bicoastal dinner parties.
Of course, this is on top of the other great Fring features we know and love. Free VoIP calls and instant messaging (including GoogleTalk) are still included. Fring also offers some of the cheapest international rates around.
This not only reminds us what our family looks like, but the split screen also makes recreating the Brady Bunch opening credits easier than ever.
