Moving. It’s one of life’s most stressful and expensive events. But we’ve all got to do it. Make it far more convenient and economical with these 5 apps and sites that basically do the work for you.

INTRO: We’ve all got our own reasons for moving. You found the perfect apartment! Your rent unexpectedly doubled! Your landlord is married to Robert Durst! (True story.)

The thing about moving, though, is that it’s sort of like taking on a second job, except it causes the issues you need health benefits for and you basically have to pay the equivalent of a paycheck to do it. So like a job, but the opposite!

So here’s another idea: Instead of blowing your paycheck and your back out, just make your computer do all the work.

LOVELY: In order to move, you’ll need to find your dream home. Or at least a place with a dishwasher? Lovely can help. This site is a vibrant marketplace that brokers rentals between owners and renters and it isn’t a sketchy message board sometimes used for selling busted furniture.

KRRB: Now, if you are looking to hock your old furniture, or buy some new stuff in preparation for your new digs, check out Krrb. It’s sort of like a garage sale, but it’s happening everywhere, all the time.

FURNISH: If you want to buy new and you want to see how it’ll look in your room, check out the augmented reality decorating app Furnish.

MOVELINE: So now it’s time to actually move. You could go with the quote your local moving company gave you, or you could use Moveline, which makes all the moving companies compete against one another.

THUMBTACK: You’ve almost avoided all the work of moving, except your new apartment is now full of your new junk. Okay. Go on Thumbtack and get somebody to paint your new walls, assemble your new furniture, and mount your new TV.
