How To Make Sure You Never Forget To Do Anything

You’re busy.  And, let’s face it, sometimes you forget things.  Modern life is full of distractions, and it’s hard to jot everything down on paper.

Enter reQall, a free mobile application that allows you to create to-do lists, reminders, schedules and various notes, all by voice command.

Download the free app, currently available for iPhone and Blackberry, and begin adding items you’d normally write down on those small scraps of paper that litter your wallet.

Just “call” reQall and speak into your phone, telling it what you need to do and when you need to do it. The app will automatically transcribe the task and add it to your agenda on their site, in your Google or Outlook calendar and, of course, on your phone.

As your doctor’s appointment or tennis match approaches, the app will remind you (and others, if you wish) of the upcoming event.  In addition, there is also a handy “Memory Jogger,” which displays a summary of items happening in the next few days.

The free version works for us, but organizational savants may want to spring for reQall Pro, which features a bevy of upgrades, including location-based organization, which prioritizes and alerts users if they are nearby a task they need to complete.

And, you’ll be pleased to know, we avoided making a “total reqall” pun.
