Achieve your health goals one step at a time with SimpleSteps
We get it, dieting is hard. But even Dwayne Johnson started off as a chubby—oh wait, bad example.
For the rest of us, there’s SimpleSteps, an app that coaches you on healthy goals anyone can achieve.
First, list your overall health goals and answer a few questions about your eating habits and lifestyle. SimpleSteps then proposes a goal for you to work on, and lets you set a time to be reminded of it.
Once you’ve completed that action for a certain number of days, you can move onto another goal—slowly building until they become habits.
