Jobseekers: Start by connecting your LinkedIn account to Jobr and providing other essential details (like salary expectations, desired location, and what industry you want to be in). The app then begins serving you relevant jobs. Swipe right if you’re interested, left if not.
On the other side, recruiters parse candidates, and once there’s a match the two sides get to chat one-on-one within the app.
