5 Apps, Websites, and Products for Coffee Enthusiasts

Have your coffee and enjoy it too with 5 apps, sites, and products

The best part of waking up (and late mornings and afternoons and sometimes evenings) is Folgers (or really coffee of any variety) in our cuuup! Get these apps, products, and services to stay caffeinated at home or on the go.

INTRO: I’m Ben Wagner and this is Netted Does.

OPEN: Joe, dirt, java, brew, elixir of the gods – however you refer to it, coffee is as old as time. Well, more like 600 years old, give or take. But with siphons, scales, and hipster nonsense, the modern coffee landscape can be unnecessarily confusing. We’ve got five apps, products, and services to keep you drinking and brewing with ease.

CRAFT COFFEE: First up is Craft Coffee, a no-commitment, price-matching subscription service that delivers freshly roasted beans to your door. Use their search tool to figure out which beans to buy based on the brands and specific coffees you already like.

COFFEERUN: Now for those of us who get our fix at the office, use CoffeeRun to easily wrangle orders for you and your coworkers. Send the CoffeeRun link to your colleagues, they fill in their orders by your deadline, and everyone’s happy.

MINIPRESSO: If espresso is more your style, get hand powered espresso maker Minipresso for fresh shots on the go. Minipresso is super compact, requires no electricity or compressed air, and weighs just under one pound.

CUPS: Speaking of on-the-go caffeine, secure yourself an unlimited supply with CUPS, a prepaid monthly plan that gives you bottomless coffees at your favorite local spots. Now, CUPS is available in New York, Philadelphia, and San Francisco, but there are similar services like DRIP in London or 12OZ in Nashville that’ll keep even the biggest coffee addicts among us well caffeinated.

NOIZIO: And if you’re stuck in an office but want to recreate that coffee shop vibe use Noizio, a fully adjustable sound app that’ll make you feel like you’re just hangin out in Central Perk.

And finally, just remember, Death before decaf. I mean, what’s the point?

OUTRO: I’m Ben Wagner and this is Netted Does.
